Scales in nine keys sequenced by the left hand’s difficulty level, all in first position and first position with both extensions. Each scale contains 17 unique variations using different rhythms, basic articulations (detaché, legato, staccato, and spiccato), and bow distribution. A diagram of the left-hand position and color-coded notation are included in each scale to support learning.
